這次入住北京三元橋歡閣飯店的體驗非常滿意。飯店地理位置優越，靠近地鐵站與機場巴士，交通非常便利。前台服務人員態度親切、辦理入住迅速，讓人感到賓至如歸。房間整潔舒適，空間適中，設施齊全，尤其是床墊軟硬適中，非常好睡。早餐選擇豐富，中西合璧，品質也很不錯。整體性價比高，是商務或旅遊都非常適合的住宿選擇。下次來北京還會考慮再次入住！

There was a super disgusting thing like snot on the bath towel, and hair was stuck on the bath towel. The hygiene was worrying. The perfunctory customer service was really disgusting. The compensation was not sincere at all. They gave me two breakfast coupons and upgraded the room type next time I stay. Oh my god, it's like this this time. Who will stay here next time? From the complaint to the check-out, only one cleaning lady came to apologize. No one else came to explain or deal with this matter. There was no reception when entering the hotel, and no one helped with the luggage. There was no check-out either. There was a man in work clothes at the door who just strolled around.
