Excellent service concept, very clean, very comfortable room, very quiet despite facing the street, very good ventilation, very clean bathroom, room slippers were given free of charge whenever we wanted, free coffee and tea in the room, you can ask for more when finished, the hotel is very centrally located in the heart of Berlin, I can say that it is within walking distance to everywhere, we did not use public transportation at all, we only used it when going to Potsdam, other than that, it is within walking distance to all the places to be seen in Berlin, only Kreuzberg is far but we walked, it was a hotel we enjoyed very much, also if you do not want room service, you can get a free drink at the bar in the evening if you hang a card saying I do not want room service on your door.
