櫃台人員親切 逛夜市地點方便 房間偏小格局偏精簡

The room was very clean. It was smaller than I expected, but I had no problems. The toilet and shower room shared a door, so it was a bit inconvenient that I couldn't use the toilet while my friend was taking a bath.

Cleanliness, even the attitude of the desk lady was the worst. I've been to many hotels recently, but this was worse than a motel. If there's anyone thinking of going here, I strongly advise against it before you even start your trip. Instead, go to Shilla Stay or Ramada, which is similarly priced. I wrote a cleanliness check in the request, but as soon as I entered, yellow urine was all over the toilet, and it was all dried up and spread all over the place. I called the desk right away and asked to change the room, and they said, "I'll come up and change it for you." After waiting for a long time, the cleaning man came up with a rag and didn't even know about the room change. I was annoyed, so I went down to the desk myself and said, "You said you'd come up and change the room yourself. I even asked you to do it." But they didn't even apologize at all, and they made a shit-eating expression and said they'd check it out as if they were annoyed. Didn't the cleaning person come up? When I said that "No, I just called and said I would change the room and come up, and then made you wait upstairs. What kind of shameless talk are you talking about now?" Only then did I say, "Oh, I'm sorry. I requested a room on a high floor, but because of the toilet that leaked urine, I was assigned to a lower floor. They said it was full. After waiting and coming down to the first floor myself, the desk lady said she would check again, so while waiting in the lobby, I was talking and laughing. I don't know if the person in charge knows that they serve customers with that attitude. The management is the worst. I've used many Marriott hotels as a Marriott Bonvoy member, but this is the first time this has happened, so I want to report it.
