酒店的位置環境還是可以的，但是服務真的是一言難盡，跟其他我去過的club med完全沒法比，毫無熱情可言。而且不知道什麼原因，夜裡睡到3點給熱醒了，空調完全不吹冷風，給前台打電話她説跟工程部反饋，然後就沒有然後了。過了半小時實在熱的不行了又打一次電話她説工程部已經調試過了，這中間我們根本沒有看到調試的人員，房間裏依然很熱。空調開到最低17度還呼呼冒汗，一晚上都沒怎麼睡。最後過了將近一個半小時才來人説看看空調涼熱。更讓人鬱悶的是晚上沒睡好，早上起晚了，9:50到餐廳菜品已經很多都不全了。本來帶着孩子就是衝著club med去的，結果不光服務差，G.O的活動也安排的很一般，晚間宜吧的遊戲時間G.O們都自己相互玩遊戲，完全不帶着孩子一起遊戲，沒見過這麼差的。房間裏沙發還巨臟。本來想在度假村內部投訴一下，但是自始至終都沒有一個人問過我的入住體驗是否滿意。

1.我的小朋友晚上抵達的時候身體不適，入住衹有一個人負責，排長隊我説能多開一個麼因為孩子不舒服，沒任何人理我回復，也沒有一句關心孩子的情況，作為一個住過那麼多clubmed親子酒店的沒有遇到過這種
2.入住房間沒有小童任何配備設施，沒有多一條浴巾沒有小童拖鞋沒有衣架。想給孩子泡一杯感冒葯連攪拌棒都沒有。打電話溝通説來送，入住已經晚了最後送到凌晨，説人手不夠，還有，攪拌棒從廚房送，浴巾衣架拖鞋從客房送，一直在按門鈴，並沒有所謂一個客房服務來服務。
3.第二天打掃完多的那條浴巾又收走了，再要的時候又説忙沒人送你們等等，這一天等到半夜12點多，孩子都睡了。
4.小朋友感冒導致的腸胃不適，翻遍了客房的餐單找不到一個清淡的餐食，就打電話問是不是有粥可以買，然後送來一份和水一樣的小米粥，我還不如給孩子喂水。
5.水上遊樂設施工作人員態度都很差，因為天氣很熱加上孩子精神不好衹玩了水上項目，其他不評價，真的很不配clubmed這個品牌。
6.餐廳負責麪檔的阿姨建議換了，每天都是每個人都欠她的表情，一個多的問題都不能問，問她問題就是在不耐煩，問她好了麼哪一碗是我們的都是覺得你們是不是**的表情，不問她問題的時候就是和旁邊的人抱怨，既然這裏工作這麼難受，氣都撒到住客頭上了這可還行，親測三天入住每次碰到她都這種態度，太膈應人了。
總的來説這次入住體驗真的非常差勁對club這個品牌表達失望。

攜程上買了預售券，帶着兩個娃來千島湖度假。入住的時候很開心被升級了套房，頓時感覺超開心。託管了兩個半天去小童俱樂部，孩子們有人陪着玩都很開心。遇見的幾個GO都很熱情，Denis, PK, Rain 都帶着孩子玩得不亦樂乎。大人也有好多節目，晚上一起dance fit， 被氣氛帶動着也hi起來。 Duty manager 有求必應，禮賓部的小哥無處不在的為我們提供方便。總之3天的行程很開心。美中不足是酒店的位置比較偏，到中心湖區有點距離，但如果衹是帶娃躺平，堪稱完美。

五一間入住了千島湖CM，本以為節假日入住體驗會打折，想不到非但沒受到滿房的印象，還意外的好。辦理入住時幸運的被升級到了套房，睡眠質量得以保障。Mini club是小朋友最期待的部分，小童俱樂部的哥哥姐姐們非常擅長和小朋友互動，一天下來小朋友玩的意猶未盡，晚間活動裏更是把氣氛拉滿，大人孩子都樂在其中。特別值得指出的是這次兩位陪餐G.O.娜娜和七七，兩位非常的幽默可愛，小朋友在短短兩天裏已經和哥哥姐姐成了好朋友，並約定了十一長假的時候再來找哥哥姐姐玩。

It feels not as big as the surrounding Clubmed, but everything else is OK, maybe due to geographical limitations; wild word takes a shuttle bus there, the climbing project is OK, and outdoor cycling is recommended. After all, it is the venue for the Asian Games kilometer cycling race. That's about it for the introduction of outdoor activities 🤣, I often go to Clubmed. The foreign staff are transferred to each store, and we all know each other. Thank you very much for upgrading me to a suite!
