Terrible experience! Sand on the bed, only extreme hot water in tape so you can't use it, and rude service in breakfast zone. It's a shame for IHG.

we use this hotel when we are flying out early in the morning. always clean and easy to check in. we will continue to use this hotel as it is quite convenient to shuttle parking.

The reception staff was so unfriendly and racist! There is no body shower in the hotel. No drinking water provided. The staff do not check the language level of the guests and do their own thing. Fortunately, the breakfast buffet staff was friendly. This is an IHG affiliated hotel that I don't want to go to again.
