We forgot our headphones in the room, and while the cleaning lady was cleaning it, she took them with her. They refused to return them, saying that nothing happened. We even showed them the locator that they were still in the hotel. The girl at the reception didn't even try to solve anything until they started talking about the police. As a result, they haven't been able to return the headphones for a week, so I don't recommend this hotel's service to anyone.

The hotel is clearly not for family accommodation. There is no point in going for breakfast at all. Economy option, everything is very dirty and old. The location is right in the center of the beach resort

I booked a hotel to stay at for a while before returning home. I was satisfied with the fact that it was around 10,000 won. It was nothing more or less. I think it would be okay to wash up and rest for a while before returning home and look around.

It's a clean and well maintained hotel.There are two elivators but slow and small. More and more crowded there, so I would like to have a different level of service.
For example, the luggages are kept without any validation. I am afraid that it's lost someday. The reception desk area is full of laundry bags and water packs, so that staffs' area doesn't look comfortable to work. They might be burnt out someday with treating endless guests. I personally prefer the lower front desk with guest chair.
The hotel is developping the facility, then I look forward to having the modified lobby area in the near future. If not we the guests would experience traffic jam in the lobby.
Of course, I will visit Valencia no matter why to see the amazing and relative-like staffs again.
