Although it is close to the main street, the area around the hotel is quiet and comfortable. There is a tour shop right in front of the hotel, and if you sign up there, the meeting point is right in front of the hotel. All the food was delicious except for the chicken wings! The coffee with the ocean view from the second floor of the breakfast venue was amazing. This hotel has a beautiful view of the morning sun.
The shower room in the room I stayed in was outside, but my body didn't get cold and it was spacious and comfortable! The indoor slippers were beach sandals!

JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST HOTEL.
While the hotel's facilities are adequate and its location offers acceptable proximity to the port, the poor service we experienced did not justify the significantly higher price we paid for a supposedly four-star resort.
Specifically, the bidet in our assigned room was not functioning. When we reported this, a front office supervisor named Ute was demonstrably dishonest, claiming that all rooms had non-functional bidets due to a 'western style' and offering more toilet tissue as a solution. This excuse proved false when we checked several other rooms of the same type and found their bidets to be working perfectly. Upon confronting Ute with this discrepancy, she continued to deny her initial statement, offering unreasonable excuses and failing to provide any apology or resolution. It was only after escalating the issue to the Manager on duty that we were finally moved to another room with a functioning bidet. The fact that a HOTEL SUPERVISOR LIED to keep us in a room with a known issue while others were available is unacceptable.
Despite the convenient location, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the substandard service and lack of transparency. There are likely other establishments in the area that offer a far superior experience for the price.

an extraordinary experience, just from the hotel room you can see the sunrise side by side with Mount Rinjani which is a treat for the eyes 😍 will come back here again when going to Gili Trawangan.

Stayed here for five nights. Everything was great! Delicious and varied breakfasts were included in the price of accommodation. Nice big swimming pool. Private beach with a wonderful view of Lambok, sun loungers and umbrellas for free. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, everything was at a good level. Bicycles were not included in the price of accommodation, rent for 100k rupees a day, which is expensive.
