The hotel staff are nice and friendly. The hotel location just 3 mins walk to mrt and the shopping mall..I like the room that come with the music..overall stay is good and recommend.

The hotel room is very cozy and comfortable. The staffs are also very helpful and friendly, especially the two that assisted me before, staff 15 & 1 , thanks to them for the smooth staying experience.

My family and I had a great time at Paco Hotel (Beijing Road Subway Station, Guangzhou) from May 22 to 25.
First of all, the front desk receptionists (especially No. 1, No. 6 and the male manager on duty) were very helpful and professional. They answered my questions very patiently, helped me collect many Taobao items during my stay, and helped me with Taobao refunds because the items I received were damaged. The male manager even upgraded our room for free so that my parents could stay in a room closer to my room.
The hotel provides free afternoon tea from 2pm to 5pm every day. There is also unlimited coffee, tea and bottled water in the lobby. The room service is also great. They provide fresh towels, daily cleaning, dressing table every day, and replenish shower gel, shampoo and hand soap upon our active request. The hotel also provides two types of room slippers (one for the room and one waterproof slippers for the bathroom).
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay at Paco Hotel and I will definitely stay there again when I come to Guangzhou in the future.
Note: Paco Hotel has several branches near Beijing Road in Guangzhou, so please make sure to double-check which branch you booked to avoid dragging your luggage around looking for the right branch.
