The room is very spacious, and a large suitcase can be spread out easily. The curtains are opaque, and you can't see your hand in front of you when you draw them.
The soundproofing is very good, and I didn't hear any noise (compared to the omo5 in the next two days, which was in silent mode...I regret not staying in lavista all the time)
I used to stay in the main hotel, and I was worried that the breakfast would be different from the main hotel, but I was overthinking, the breakfast was as high-quality as always.
