Hotel is lovely and the room is spacious and very clean. It’s very close to Helsinki city centre, about 15 minutes and just across the river. Buffet breakfast is delicious and fresh with plenty of options. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and in particular, the lovely lady in the kitchen is always smiling, warm, cheerful and greets everyone good morning on arrival for breakfast. It really makes a difference to the start of the day. If you don’t have a lot of luggage and arrive by train from the airport, this hotel is a short 15 minutes from from Helsinki Central station. Otherwise there is a train stop underground just a little to the left of the hotel and tram stop right in front of the hotel which is currently under renovations.

Excellent location, Metro station right next door, buses and airport bus (Bus Line 600) just right in front, Hakaniemi Market Hall just cross the road. Very clean and spacious room. Delicious breakfast.

The sanitation is OK, but the facilities are too poor. There is nothing in the hotel, no kettle, coffee, water. Nothing at all. The environment is very average

The access to central Helsinki was great! The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety.
However, I was bitten by a tick during my stay. I woke up at night because of the itching, and the next day I could see quite a few tick bites on my body.

European buffet breakfasts usually only offer bread and the like, but the buffet breakfast here has more varieties and is richer, which is very good and satisfying! If I book a hotel in this area again, this will definitely be a plus!

For this price, I was able to eat a delicious breakfast every morning and use the sauna in the evenings, so I was very satisfied!
The breakfast was gluten-free and vegan, and there was a wide variety of items, so I was very satisfied.
It's in a convenient location for sightseeing, so I highly recommend it!
There was no refrigerator, microwave, or kettle in the hotel, so I wish I had brought a portable kettle with me!
