房間很臟，送行李上來沒有給他小費態度就不好，然後讓他開個陽台門等了快一個小時，讓他給景色好一點的房間，他也沒有給，最後一天不打掃房間，而且還把陽台門開了，我們上回到房間全是蟲子，真的是太恐怖了

怎麼説呢，很老的酒店了，地理位置確實很好出門就是大本鐘，酒店早餐也還不錯，但是房間確實挺老的…沙發床的床單上還有血漬，應該是之前沒洗掉的。酒店不隔音，隔壁住的很吵，早上也有聲音吧。第二天早上六點過還有人開門，幸好鎖門了。不過衞生間挺大的，床也挺大的。反正綜合來看不推薦吧，畢竟是很老的酒店了。入住前xx書一堆人推薦才選的，結果是這樣…衹能説某書的推薦大家看看就好了不要當真

10年以上ぶりに再訪し、当時の懐かしい思い出がよみがえってきました。バスローブやスリッパがあり、バスタブ付きの部屋で疲れが取れ、朝食のビュッフェも美味しくいただきました。ホテルから見えるビッグベンにはため息が出るほど感動します。ロンドンではお薦めホテルのひとつです。

The location is the only reason why you would book this hotel. The guy at the front desk asked for my ID looked at it and confirmed the name on it and still somehow managed to assign me to a room that other people were already in. Open going down to correc this issue, no apology was given and he was very rude insisting that I made the mistake, even though he asked and looked at my ID to confirm my name and reservation.

It's was quite crowded and had to queue for breakfast..room was quite dark but it's quite clean very business hotel you don't feel relax vibes.. because it's crowded but location is good near Waterloo station .
