Ao contrário do seu irmão na selva, o Juma Opera surpreendeu muito positivamente! Atendimento na recepção super gentil e educado, quarto com decoração linda, ótima cama e super espaçoso, com banheiro novinho e limpíssimo. Piscina com água super gostosa e atendimento de bar e café da manhã bem completo. Me arrependi de ficar apenas uma noite!

My travel partner and I stayed at the Juma Opera hotel in mid-April 2025 on our final night in Manaus following a river cruise. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable...and with an excellent view of the Teatro Amazonas (the rooftop pool & sitting area are fantastic). No major issues but we rank this hotel below another option just down the street for the following reasons. The layout of the Juma is awkward as it's divided among separate buildings. There's no direct access to the lobby and the restaurant is in a courtyard between the structures. For the one lunch we ate at the restaurant the service was extremely slow and the quality and value of the food were lacking (especially in comparison to our experience at that other hotel). Overall, the Juma is a very lovely hotel with great rooms and location and comparable price point so one can't go wrong staying there...but if I were to return to Manaus, I'd first check availability a few doors down Ruo 10 de Julho

From the time when we entered the hotel until the checkout we enjoyed our stay there. The rooftop pool with the view towards the opera is outstanding while the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is offering a great service. The food, lunch and breakfast was delicious and we can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is expecting high standard in service and quality.

Excellent location, beautiful hotel,very good food, especially breakfast. Stayed for 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We took day excursions from Manaus- to the jungle, river cruise on the Amazon to see pink dolphins, visiting museums and Opera theatre. But we returned to this hotel to rest and it was lovely. Highly recommended

Great hotel in Front of the Opera. Tolles Hotel in Manaus. Schöne helle Zimmer. Wurden mit einem Willkommen Getränk begrüßt. Ich fragte nach eine Apotheke in der Nähe . Die sehr nette Receptionistin hat mich gefragt was ich bräuchte und sie würde es von der Apotheke liefern lassen. Danke für diesen Service!! Möchte noch erwähnen den schönen Pool mit Blick auf die Oper. Wir mussten am nächsten Tag ganz früh wegfahren und wir konnten das grossartige Frühstücksbüffet genießen!
