The room condition and cleaning are good and the location is good as it is in the center of the city. I was also satisfied with the breakfast. I recommend it

The room is generally satisfactory, the hotel location is also good, the surrounding area is worth a visit, but the front desk service is very average!

I cannot rate the treatment of the staff more than excellent. I had health problems and they were very close and attentive. The location within Mechelen is good and the facilities meet the needs that I personally demanded. I deducted one point in the cleanliness rating for the use of carpet, not because it was dirty, far from it, cleanliness deserves a 5 too but I know that it is vitally important for people with allergies and other impediments with it. I highly recommend especially for the service and staff. I would repeat without a doubt.

Vriendelijk personeel  Ontbijt was lekker  Maar zet je niet aan het raam. Geen zicht met de rioleringen bloot. Het tapijt was ronduit vuil. Zeker in de gangen ( 4 de verdiep). Met stofzuigen zou je al veel oplossen.  Parking is te duur. En dit voor de klanten. En lastig met de koffer naar boven sleuren. Lift zou h de prijs al aanvaardbaarder maken.  Poetsvrouw vroeg ons of ze moest poetsen ?!?
