員工人數精簡超過想像，以致找不到服務人員是正常的狀態，不要想要有任何親切的服務，大浴巾第一天有提供，第二天房內沒有主動提供，找到外籍清潔人員訴說需求也無回應，到服務櫃檯也沒有服務人員，當晚只有將就昨晚上用過的！
國內外旅遊住宿服務態度已經是客戶首要考慮因素，賓至如歸的感受在這裡是稀缺資源，特此提出警訊。

原訂的房間一開門 寶寶就説不想入住，有種陰深深的感覺，可是抵達時已很夜，就想着將就住一晚。結果過了一個小時，廁所下水道的臭味還是很重，寶寶也一直吵着不想住這裏，沒辦法衹能去要求換房，還好新房間沒味道也沒那麼陰暗，寶寶也比較ok。沒有電梯對於帶大行李的旅客們非常不便，要自己搬上去，早餐也還好，選擇不多！衹住了一晚就不住了
