"Room is clean, no frill set up is good for environment. Just provide what we need for a short stay. Restaurant staff efficient, check-in fast. But wish the receptionist told us there will be charge of £4.5 per person for but to airport. We didn't know until we got off bus at terminal and driver asked us to pay"

"The hotel is situated super near train station and Manchester airport. Shuttle bus service was good and drivers of the shuttle bus were helpful and humor. Hence, try not to walk to the hotel although it seems in a walking distance. Hotel room is spacious and well lit. Hotel's breakfast is good as well. Hence, it's definitely a good choice for short morning flight."

"We had a pleasant stay at this new and clean hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks and drinks provided at check-in. The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious. The location is very convenient for Terminal 2. However, there aren’t any nearby restaurants, and since we were using Terminal 1, it took about 15 minutes to walk there. Overall, it’s a great choice, highly recommended."

"If you stay at a Premier Inn bring a toilet brush! I use Premier Inn quite a lot - convenient, comfortable and value for money. Not this time! There seems to have been a change in corporate policy, for the worse. The card that I got when checking in told me that I could get my room made up by informing Reception before 12:00, which I did. Upon my return to the room nothing had been done! Reception then informed me that their head office policy now was for stays longer than one night, rooms would only be made up after 5 days! Fortunately they found some clean towels, replacement tea bags and a toilet brush. Someone from the bar then helped me make up the room and clean the bathroom. Top marks for staff helpfulness but no marks for corporate cleanliness. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, location is brilliant but the room temperature was ridiculously hot. The air con didn’t seem to cool it down at all despite being on the lowest setting and it turned itself off at one point. Barely slept because of this. Restaurant menu was very lacking. Things on the room service menu you couldn’t get in the actual restaurant. The food was average at best. Nothing wrong with the room itself but wouldn’t stay here again for the room temperature alone."

"Excellent value for a late arrival flight before onward train journey the following morning. We even enjoyed the half hour stroll to and from the airport! Bed was comfortable, spacious new shower and good breakfast all included for £57 for two! Thank you!"

"The location is just 10 minutes walk from Manchester Airport Terminal 1. The room is clean but there is no fridge at all. It is a bit out of expectation that the bar and restaurant in the hotel are actually look exactly as its conference halls, I think they just put tables and chairs there in café setting and make it the restaurant, no any decent lighting, furniture, decorations to boost an dining atmosphere, not even sounds like a place for breakfast. You can see from the picture the venue can be reverted back to a conference hall just removing the table sets. A bit disappointed for the dinner of the night's stay as it is at hotel pricing, food is just ok. If you don't want to eat in the hotel, there is nothing close by unless you travel to other areas, the closest walkable location is the airport or the train station."

"I booked this hotel because an offer meant it was the same price as the nearby Ibis Budget. It's a much nicer looking hotel than that, friendly and attentive staff and nice decor. The room is spacious enough with everything you'd need, including a hair dryer (such as they are at hotels, you're better standing in front of the AC vents tbh). I was asked if I was dining tonight and since there's not much else around the area except for more hotels I said yes, and was told they were expecting it to be busy so they took a reservation for me. I had a drink at the bar (£7.40 for a pint of Camden Hells, that's how you know you're not on holiday anymore, ouch!) and then had my meal; I had olives, garlic bread and lasagna, all very good. A little pricey but always have to remember you're paying airport premiums, because what else are you going to eat? The Tribe website advertised a 24 hour ”Grab and Go” shop that sold drinks and snacks, but the one at Manchester Airport seems to close at 4pm, which was before I'd even checked in. This was a little disappointing, there were plenty of staff about so not sure why the shop has to close so early. I wanted some soft drinks to drink in my room and while you can order then at the bar and take them upstairs no problem, you're paying bar prices (maybe this is why the shop closes so early, though I'd like to think it wasn't). There were no vending machines or anything around either so once the restaurant and bar close there's nothing to eat or drink. Maybe this is just me but I like at least having the option of a small snack or drink at night. But then again I realise this hotel is probably aimed at a different kind of traveller than me; much more of a business trip kind of vibe rather than a lone traveller looking for bargains. That said apart from the Grab and Go counter closing at 4pm there was literally nothing to complain about here, especially with the price I paid. A nice way to start or end a holiday/trip."

"Fab hotel 🏨 with Fabulous Staff,who go out of thier way to accommodate ur every need.I do not understand why people post negative comments about this hotel,takin pictures of any mark they may find in the room.This is a historical hotel that charges as little as £41 a nite for 2 people.These people who complain need to get a life ,stop taking pics of a fly on the wall,get a grip it's a bed to sleep in at the end of the day,if u want the Lowry then go n pay the Lowry Prices.This pool is also better than the RADDISON, next to the Airport, if ur goin on holiday it's ideal,or even if u are goin into Manchester the public transport, trains,buses,are easy to get too.The staff are amazing from the cleaners,barstaff right up to the Manager,bar and food prices are very reasonable,they accommodate families,pets etc.so please 🙏 stop complaint n enjoy ur holiday etc 5 🌟 all the way thanks to u all and I will definatley be back Christina Ireland 🇮🇪 crazy 🤪 Lady ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘"

"This is a suburban resort hotel that is a bit far from the airport, but there are shuttle buses running between the terminals and the airport train station. The hotel room was nice and clean, but the hotel area was so large it was like walking into a maze. The restaurant is not bad, but the breakfast is a bit inferior compared to nearby airport hotels of the same level."
