Premier Inn Worcester (M5,Jct6)

The best service I have ever received when staying at a Premier Inn for business within the restaurant. Food was pleasant and as expected. My particular compliment goes to Alice our waitress. She went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was very friendly and smiley. She changed things about on the menu for me. I loved that Alice and some of the other waitresses were singing along quietly to the restaurant playlist songs (a great playlist by the way!). This made for a great atmosphere as the restaurant was relatively quiet. Alice was exactly the same with all the other tables she served - happy and very very helpful.

Overall disappointing stay. Room was clean and tidy, beds comfy as always. It was just really warm in there and the fan provided wasn't great at all. Food of an evening wasn't great. Had to get a refund on a few orders as burnt and cold at same time. Long waits as the hotel was busy. Surely more staff should be available when hotel fully booked? Same issue with breakfast. Long queues and long wait for the hot food to come out. Patio area outside not like the photos at all. Really dated and full of weeds. Outside lighting "wasn't working".

Hotel is a typical Premier Inn, rooms are clean & the staff are very helpful. They are in a bit of a transition due to the restaurant changing from a Beefeater to their own. Restaurant is tired but the food and service is great, particular thanks to Alice who really looked after me.

Great little trip to Worcester to see the family. Hotel was fantastic, everything was to our liking. Food was excellent this evening. Alice made us feel at ease, very friendly, she is very good at her job. Would recommend, and will return again

We stayed at the hotel on the 8th June, on our return from Devon we again stayed at this hotel. I had booked a double room to accommodate myself and my partner requesting the room to be suitable for disabled people, at the same time I booked the hotel for our return journey, this being booked for the 18th June. On our first stay we soon became very disappointed........ the room basic to say the least, T V worked only occasionally, the toilet tissue provided was a joke!, we were on the first floor instead of the ground floor...... the bathroom was in no way designed for use by disabled clients. Eventually we decided to go to the restaurant for dinner having earlier booked a time only to be confronted with a wait of 30 minutes for a table and once at the table another wait for 50 minutes before we were served! The staff trying very hard to be courteous whilst attempting to carry out their duties were simply run off their feet. Grossly Understaffed can only be described as a generous statement.

The standard of hotel was as i expect clean and tidy. This hotel however needs there WIFI signal increased as even paying for premium at £5 made no difference and also very poor mobile phone signal throughout the hotel so you couldn't hotspot phone either.
