前台小宋很專業的給安排了滿意的房間，禮賓小夥（忘記姓名抱歉）熱情介紹周邊景點。酒店設施齊全乾凈衞生。地理位置很好，樓下就是公交站，觀光車站，輪渡碼頭，去哪裡都很方便，窗外與鼓浪嶼隔海相望，還有jm愛好者運氣好能看到054，據説運氣爆棚還能看到大黑魚。泳池健身房也不錯。性價比很好。

帶爸媽來廈門旅遊，最後選擇這家酒店，真是超乎想象！酒店地理位置很好，交通便利，離中山路，南普陀寺寺等景點都很近，房間寬敞明亮，窗外就能看到鼓浪嶼，服務人員熱情周到，酒店自助早餐中規中矩，但是總體感覺還是不錯，適合親子家庭。唯一覺得有遺憾的就是酒店沒有歡迎水果，希望改進。下次去還是會選擇這裏

房間本身很好，海景房能直接看到對面鼓浪嶼全景，很壯觀。但軟件上有兩點要吐槽：
第一，入住時間太晚。我10點就到了廈門，結果直到下午3點才有空房入住…這真的很離譜，我也知道有些酒店為了以防萬一都會把入住時間標註為下午2點，但一般你提前到也是有房的，我第一次碰到要等這麼久的。本來一大早趕飛機舟車勞頓的想先去酒店休息幾小時再出去玩，現在全部泡湯，真的很影響整趟旅程的心情。關鍵是上午辦入住手續的時候前台小姐也是一副“現在沒房也是理所當然”的口吻，絲毫沒有歉意，直接叫我寄存行李出去逛一圈再來…
第二，他們沒有送外賣機器人，大晚上你叫了外賣得特地下樓從後門出去跑到一個停車場裏的外賣櫃去拿外賣…
