This was a very pleasant stay for my family. The apartment was large, with nice layout, plenty of light during day time, and clean. The service, staff, and their attentiveness were amazing. Very nice people, helped us with any small details and request we asked (printing documents, cleaning the apartment everyday, providing us water and anything else, etc), with kindness and openness. Breakfast was a rich selection of tasty food, made of fresh ingredients, and kitchen staff were promptly and continuously attending guests, cleaning tables, refilling dishes, etc., making every morning a lovely start. If I have the chance to visit again I will happily book this hotel apartment.

Отель с заворачивающим видом на Ереван и Арарат. Из окон виден весь город и горы, это незабываемо. Услужливый персонал, отличные завтраки, ежедневная уборка, большие номера. Свой бассейн, шезлонги, бар. До центра Еревана 12-15 минут на такси. Все супер!

This is our 3rd stay at this magnificent hotel. We love staying here. They have great service and amazing views of Yerevan and Mount Ararat. It's a quick 10 minute taxi ride to the heart of Yerevan ($2 trip cost). Breakfast is great, delicious fresh and organic. Would highly recommend for couples or families. They also have tennis courts and a great swimming pool.

Relaxing stay with a stunning view
Amazing hotel with wonderful views. The pool was stunning, tennis court was great and available after sunset. Room was incredibly spacious. Reception staff speak perfect English and could answer all my requests. Breakfast was nice and restaurant and bar offer affordable and delicious coctails and snacks. The only disadvantage were little flies flying in the room which were annoying.

Perfect! The apartments are spacious, equipped with all you might need, comfortable beds and rooms are very clean, as well whole complex. Amazing view (Deluxe apartement on 4th floor) of Yerevan city center, Mount Ararat and the sunset. Breakfast (had included) had sufficiently variety and everything is fresh and delicious. Would recommend for couples and/or families. We stayed for 8-nights. We enjoyed pool and as well playing tennis. The front desk and all other staff were very friendly and polite! Good Russian and English speaking personnel. If only the gym with ping pong table would have an air conditioning (improvement recommendation ;)). It was a little disturbing that the facility is surrounded by new residential area, which is under construction, but once construction sites completed, it will be a beautiful area. Non-city central location, but worth renting a car (e.g. from Sixt rental) in order to explore remote location in Armenia as well.
