The commercial building has a total of 45 floors, 4 passenger elevators and one freight elevator, and all of them are hotel businesses. During the peak period of Spring Festival, one of the elevators was broken. Seeing customers waiting for the elevator, we are more anxious than you. I really wish I could be Ultraman to lift you up. I stamped my feet in a hurry. I really can't express the guilt and helplessness in my heart. This elevator really disappoints everyone. We also queue for a long time when going to and from work. Response from Property: 【💕電動窗簾+乾濕分離💕】非常感謝點擊這條評價回覆素未謀面的客人：您好，我是這家酒店今年7月到崗的經理，此條回覆是為上條評價回覆無法展示衹能借此評價吐訴冤屈，也請此條評價的客人諒解，實屬無奈。因為無法上傳所有憑證，真實的陳訴事情平台怕客人投訴而關閉我的回覆功能，緣由如下：鄭先生以收取按金為非法交易投訴攜程並上傳不是酒店的一張地磚圖片，因為我家所有樓道都是地毯和牆紙，客人通話錄音中也親口告知非本酒店圖片。我從業酒店行業11年，是我沒有深刻理解到客人真實目的是：以為酒店求客人刪除差評以此來要挾酒店。我沒能跟上客人套路斷了客人財路，招致客人反覆差評，所以我在此還是善意提醒客人君子愛財取之有道。我家是一家酒店公寓，加上重慶特有的4D魔幻地理，為避免客人來回找路，我們都會在新客人入住前聯繫客人或者添加管家微信發精準定位和路線圖文，我家房務部在做房間會使用酸性清潔劑、中性清潔劑、醋、偶爾會使用消毒液消毒，定期用不銹鋼油做保養，潔廁靈現在已經很少有酒店會使用了因為有腐蝕性。酒店經營不易，要求員工節約耗品水電，未使用完的捲紙🧻在不影響使用的情況下不丟棄，在旁邊放上一個新的捲紙，客人可以自願選擇使用，從酒店開業以來我們一直秉承這樣的工作要求，閃住訂單無需付款按金，即使付款按金也是原路退回。再次提醒客人希望您正義行天下坦盪人生路。
